Does anyone know when the film will be released on DVD/Blu-Ray? Unfortunately, I am not from the US, but really intresting to the film (and the story of Christine, god dammit I love her), but I can't to find a release date on the media. :"(

Doubtful the film will see a Disk Release, as that form of Media has been outdated in the US for a long time now,

I'm sure it will find its way to the internet eventually somehow. I wouldn't worry about it.
I'm sure it will get a blu-ray release or something? I would hope. It's released through itunes in January I believe?
Also, I had a chance to see Kate Plays Christine and they show some brief footage of Christine giving an interview toward the end of the movie. Rebecca Hall really captured her voice (and her look) very well.
Here is footage from "Kate Plays Christine", it shows bits and pieces of her Suncoast Digest show. I think that user also uploaded a part of the ending as well (a recreation of the suicide...separate video though)

Though I don't think it works as well as Christine, I really enjoyed Kate Plays Christine...it was an interesting take on the entire subject. I know a lot of people take issue with the ending of it and though I'm likely one of the people who the ending is directed at, I can totally understand why someone would take that side.

Yeah, I am definitely one of the people that the ending was directed at too (I wonder how much of that was scripted and how much was improvised by Kate). But as Steve Newman points out in the film, it wouldn't have even been made had it not been for the way that Christine ended her life, so I think it's kinda rich for them to then turn around and call voyeurism on the audience. I still thought it was a great film though.
Am yet to see Christine, here's hoping it gets a wider release soon.

Im gonna voice an unpopular opinion and say this should NOT be released, and it's probably my lowest priority lost media out there. The reason old films and TV shows have value is because they existed at one point--they influenced culture, and represent the perpetual development of media and our heritage. They need to be preserved as a record of that, and we want to see them so badly because often we don;t know exactly what they contain. With this tape, we know exactly what's on it and how/why it influenced culture. I think the family's wishes and woman's dignity ought to trump our morbid curiosity.

It's a little more complicated than that... Christine WANTED this footage to be seen. The tape exists today because Christine personally requested that episode of Suncoast Digest be recorded, something that was not typically done at the time.
