My memory is a little fuzzy sometimes, but I remember when I was younger I used to play this Miniclip overhead perspective racing game that you could I swear play with others online. It had a neon poly style. Cars could be customized (I think). It would always spawn you in different places but you would just drive around trying to upgrade your car and I’m pretty sure you could destroy other people’s cars. If you can provide a list of removed Miniclip games or maybe even if you know what I’m talking about some screenshots and the name of the game that would be much appreciated. I played this game when I was like 6, 7, or 8 years old (I'm 14 btw).
Sounds a bit like On The Run Classic but it was not online.
I do know which game you are talking about, but this game had a top perspective and was multiplayer I’m pretty sure. Something else I think can help is that it had these secret paths I sadly could never get through because I was like 8, 7, or 6 when I played the game (I’m 14 right now).
M8 dont know if u will read this but ive been searching for that game for a few years now that game used to be the best and yes i do know the game u are talking about i still have not found it if i find ill make sure to write the name here
try the wayback machine. That's how I found all the old games I forgot about. As for this one, in particular, I don't quite remember it. I do remember a top-down 2 player game similar though only with tanks.

That’s amazing! I have had this game in my mind for years, and I’ve come up with nothing as of typing this, I’ll give you a shout if I ever find it.

Never thought about doing that, I’ll definitely check the way back machine.
Omg I thought I was the only one who remembered this game even the friend I played with forgets what I'm talking about. It's like the game has been forgotten... If you ever find the name please send it here.
The first game that pops up in my mind when you mention a poly-style design is the racer called "Need for Madness" which was a 2005 game that used to be in many old web game libraries (including Miniclip probably?) There are many videos and images of it online so it's worth a shot.

That's fairly similar, the only problem is the the game I'm looking for is from a top down perspective, and the layout of the worlds are pretty geometric as well, blending in well with the cars.
I've done a bit more research on Miniclip games and I've found two games that were both multiplayer and might be the one you're looking for:
- Supercar Showdown - Kartwars.io
If they aren't the match. Do you remember if your game was 3D or 2D? Do you remember any other detail about the game? A car? A level?
Hooooooooly crap these are so similar, but alas, no. Kartwars.io is too new to be it, but it is very similar to the game I played, like really similar. Things that seperates Kartwars.io and this game I'm looking for is that the game I'm looking for is 3D, and doesn't have that whole .IO gameplay formula. The two have very similar styles though, but it didn't have the openness of Kartwars.io. The game I'm looking for has like this open world type of deal, as I said, I'm pretty sure it was a MMO, I swear I remember getting my car blown up by people and always respawning somewhere randomly, and the cars as well were very geometric polygonal shapes. As for Supercar Showdown the only similarity is the topdown camera. I'm assuming Kart.io came out in 2016, because that's the earliest mention I see as of now, which sadly disqualifies it because I was in middle school at the time, like 13 years old, when I played the game I was in elementary like 3 to 6 years before I'm pretty sure (sorry for the vague ass timeline, it seriously was just so long ago)
