There were no missing episodes. I've been a fan of the series since I was 6 (17 now) and I've never seen any other episodes than the 39 episodes that have aired. I also have XFINITY and I'm pretty sure it was just a simple mistake. Crashbox had 39 episodes and only that.

I wish someone who worked on the show could explain why the episodes are numbered the way they are in S2 though.
