That page is great! That means there were five episodes, 30 minutes each, and now we at least have the episode list. It also mentions a company called CCI Releasing. Apparently, those are the same guys behind CCI Entertainment, whose credits exist here (note: Google tells me their site may be hacked - but it seems legitimate)
If you pause Daniela Karaula's video of the credits at the very end (or just let it end on mobile devices), you can see it says some info about Chip Taylor Communications, who is the current owner of the show. The episode is also not in VHS quality and there's no Treehouse watermark. If only we knew where Daniela got the clip.
Wow, good eye! Hardly any of it is legible so I'm glad you could make out the email address.
As for there being no Treehouse watermark...wow, I hadn't even noticed that.

Could be entirely possible it could have aired on other stations in the country. While looking in Beezoo's Attic, I unexpectedly found myself at TVO, though the show was only known to have aired on YTV Jr. and Treehouse TV instead. The same could be the case here.
If we can track the network that aired the series, then it could be entirely possible they have footage of the show if Chip Taylor comes up dry.
Well, this search has taken an unexpected turn... I decided to look up one of the story compilations named "Tree Stories"on Google pairing it with "Phyllis Walker". Advanced search turned up three results, only one of which was helpful/legitimate.

On the ARI Music (who did the theme & underscore for this and "Wanna Play?") it said it aired on YTV (which was a codename for Treehouse since YTV owns Treehouse). On the latter show "Wanna Play?" though, it said YTV / TVO. That show could've also aired on TVO, but I don't think this one ever did.

I know someone who lives in London, Ontario. There's a "Tree Stories" disc there that they can probably help us with.
It looks to me like the one at London, Ontario is a different DVD with the same name - notice how this other DVD has the same libraries listed and if you go directly to their site, that is the DVD that's described there: www.worldcat.org/title/tree-stories/oclc/841480369?referer=di&ht=edition
On the other hand the library in Kansas City seems more likely to actually have it because they seem to have all the DVDs in this series.

I should really start reading descriptions on WorldCat, haha
