All these shows seem really interesting.. Being an American, I haven't heard of any of these except maybe My Special Book, but I doubt any of these aired on this side of the border.
One thing I can say, based on how people describe them, is that these shows at least have creative concepts. Treehouse really makes the most of Canadian content laws.

Yep. Canada is really good at making bizarre, unique, or scary stuff. Even the commercials are like that.
Tonnes of library and archive results. Seeing an excerpt of the show on Vimeo makes me remember SO MUCH of the show. The nostalgia is hitting me like a train.
Second one states "Buy the DVD" we could have a lead here...
Through two websites, I also found two people involved in the show's production. Jani Lauzon, being the more prominent of the two as the puppeteer, and Cathy Moss, the writer. I'll try to see if I can get in touch with either.
I think I remember one where they lived in a tree, and the plot of one was that one floor was for boys only.
an episode of timothy goes to school had a similar plot, so maybe it was that and Im just remembering it horribly, but I definitely remember the setting being a tree just in the air, and the floors were more circular
The thing your remembering with people living in a tree, is that an episode of something or an entire show?
What, did Treehouse just toss all these shows in the garbage? For as beloved as all these seem to be, Treehouse shouldn't have "lost" these shows in any sense.

Well, they haven't aired them for years and years, they weren't significant enough to be released elsewhere... there are a tonne of TreehouseTV shows that were in very short segments like five minutes, or were 30 minute episodes split up into 5 minute chapters. TreehouseTV didn't have any commercials so they used shorts to fill the gap between shows where commercials would normally be, and a good portion of these are completely gone since they were made specifically for the network and never saw any use or release outside of this. I know because I used to watch Treehouse a lot as a kid. Often these short shows didn't even appear on TV guides.

Exactly how it happend. In 2011 treehouse changed ownership and the new owners mostly import shows now instead of making in house shows after 2011 all of these shows disappeared as like mentioned, they weren't significant enough to release. Some of the most popular and longest running shows on the network like ants in your pants which featured music videos from various children's performers and lasted from like 1997 all the way till 2004 was only JUST fully found last year
