Well, I got it to work. Go to the JDK in the Java folder. The folder should be under Program Files normal (not x86), but I'm on Windows 7. In JDK go to bin and you have the applet viewer. Copy the applet viewer and jli.dll into a new folder and put the .jar folder and the zip file and make an html file using broncosman's code. Select those three and drag it into the Applet Viewer. A simple program could automate that process but I got the game to fully work, although the music does not loop.
