Less so "low rated" and more VERY mixed reviews but:
Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008) got mixed reviews critically, but I liked the film quite a lot.
I also used to watch the heck out of Cats and Dogs, Spy Kids 3, Joseph King of Dreams, and Recess: School's Out. I also liked Doctor Dolittle 2, arguably more than the first one.
I love a great number of Pokemon films, I think in this case, it's okay for them to be mainly "for the fans." I most like Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, as well as Spell of the Unown and Destiny Deoxys.
</div>Agreed on those, also enjoyed the 2007 movie Redline, don't know why critics had such an axe to grind with that one. In general you name a movie that's got a rotten RT rating and chances are decent i'll have enjoyed it.
Also the live-action Transformers movies and the Bay produced TMNT movies.
</div>I also enjoyed most of the Pokemon movies. My personal favorite is Pokemon 3.Mainly because it's...an actually solid movie that can be watched casually by non-fans without too much confusion.
The 1994 Street Fighter movie,The first Mortal Kombat movie, and the Double Dragon movie are so cheesy I can't help but love them (Plus Raul Julia COOKED as M.Bison in Street Fighter).

Same for me, I tend to enjoy most video game based movies in general. I'll defend the Resident Evil movies especially.
</div>Indeed, a lot of the films are a lot of fun and clearly have passion put into them. Hoopa and Genesect were the only ones I didn't really care for at all.
I'm behind in the movies TBH, and really need to catch back up (I think the last one I watched was The Power of Us). Curiously enough, it looks like the movie series might be on hiatus, with the last one (Secrets of the Jungle) released in 2020.
On that note, I really like Detective Pikachu and have rewatched it since it came out (tho TBF I might also be a bit biased after my family found a leftover bday card from my deceased parent that they never got a chance to give me, so the themes in the film have been more salient).

Meh.You aren’t missing much with the I choose you trilogy.Never really enjoyed it much myself.
</div>Wait that was a TRILOGY of movies? I thought it was just a stand alone movie. I remember REALLY mixed reception on I Choose You, with some folks loving it and others absolutely despising it.

Yup.I Choose You.The one with that one electric legendary thing from sword and shield and the jungle one.And as a Pokémon anime defender. These movies are SO BORING.One of the reasons why I enjoy stuff like this and the DB movies are because you connected with these characters already and it’s pretty much just an extended episode. The I Choose You trilogy fails at this in my opinion.Ash,Pikachu,Ash’s mom, and Oak (from what I remember) are the only returning characters.
Admitting this is going to be a little embarrassing, but I still have this major soft spot for Alpha and Omega (disregarding the sequels it got). It's likely because it played a major role in helping me accept myself and my interests more when I was younger despite it being a cheesy furrybait movie for wolfaboos (believe me, I was a wolfaboo). I can see the distaste people have for it, regarding the animation, story, etc., but I can't bring myself to fully hate it.
Roadside Romeo also has that strange charm to me. Laila was a factor in making me discover I am bisexual, as silly as it sounds.
