Ever since I randomly found the Abadas "Camera and Puppet" video by Wizz Learning, I became a fan of Abadas for the entirety of 2016 (taking over Peppa Pig), despite me living in the US and not the UK. It was even on PlayKids for one day (using the pilot designs (Wordles) for whatever reason), similar to how Peppa Pig was on US Netflix for New Year's Eve 2016 only (now it's back on there).
I vaguely remember a series of videos being shown in YouTube Kids for early 2016. It was plush tutorials on how to make plushies for the Abadas. There were Ella, Hari and Seren tutorials, and my grandma followed those tutorials after I showed them. I still have the two versions of the Ela and Hari plushies, known as Oooooo, Ela Two, and both Werbung (due to the Hari plush looking like those creatures shown in the Nick Werbung idents), but my Seren plush is lost. Werbung (the first version) even made a major appearance in my Bedland episode "Dory's Pilot News" in his own commercial with the Recees Puffs/24K Magic cover (which would be re-edited in 2022 with a different Recees Puffs cover, this time with the Cyw a'i Ffrindiau/Chickpea and Friends intro mashup that MixelsFan2015 (my friend) made). Oooooo also made a minor appearance in the next Bedland episode "Max's DVD".
The channel that has the old Abadas tutorials that made my childhood plushies (aside from others like Puppy Puppy and Ni Hao Puppy) has since been terminated and YouTube Kids used this COPPA thingy that removed Logo Evolutions from CCG88 (now CCGFilms, also my childhood user) and TechBlitz from the website. Now the only AVID-related video on the site is the Pixar logo parodies by Crea TVs. I may need help finding archives of those old vids.
