I clearly remember watching Entertainment Tonight sometime in late 2003 and there was some big party going on in the background (like outside a theater) and Fran was being interviewed by a reporter. And then it showed Betty White, Bea Arthur and Rue McClanahan being interviewed by another reporter. I remember Fran mentioning something about the Golden Girls and The Nanny, in her trademark nasal voice.
And to make this very clear, it was NOT talking about the Nosh to Remember cast reunion. This was in late 2003. It was like a red carpet event but Fran and the GGs were there. What was this?
