First I was curious about this 1986 promo in Brazilian SBT network:
Unfortunately Shazam gives this song being reused by some random Japanese hip-hop act from 2017:
This is the song underneath after some cleanup. It's more cool than I thought. It appears to be complete. Notice the vinyl cracks at the end:
So this song appears in 1986 in Brazil then reappears 31 years later in Japan. Maybe it is Japanese in origin? I can't identify the keyboard in question. I hope anyone can help.
