For context: this was a drunk driving PSA i remembered as a kid not for the graphic scene of a drunk driving accident but rather the music used for it, i think it only ever aired like 4 or 5 times and i was lucky enough to capture 2 of its airings on the same vhs tape

that being that JustGoodCauses was a subsidiary GoodWill from what i could find and i already tried asking them a question about this years ago but never got a response.
