I remember using KidPix to make self-portraits in the computer room in early primary school. We also did a unit on mythology, and we used some website or program where you could make your own comic strips using clipart of historical-type characters.
At home, I played a couple of CD-ROM games, including JumpStart and some sort of make-your-own-dinosaur game. I also played the Animal Jam during the early days, because of the ads they had for it in the Nat Geo Kids magazines - probably the open beta, but I was 6 when it came out, so it's a little difficult to remember.
I also vaguely remember one of my dad's friends showing me a website that was basically just a soundboard of fart noises.
I remember KidPix and JumpStart (I played some again with different characters, but my favourite is Frankie)
I played Animal Jam once but I prefer Webkinz, which I still play every so often (when Webkinz Jr. came out I preferred that version over regular Webkinz but I got locked out of my Webkinz Jr. account in 2010 because of needing to know a separate "parent account". Webkinz Jr. itself is now lost media)
If I had to pick a favourite JumpStart game it would be this one (Advanced Preschool). I wanted to play it again but it seemed to not want to launch
When I tried playing JumpStart 5th Grade I ended up ragequitting because I can't do the maths without relying on a calculator. The 6th Grade game caught my interest because it has a blue dog in it, but again the maths are beyond my understanding.
My first experience with a computer was back in the early 2000s. My family had this old Windows 98 PC, and it was a big deal because none of my friends had one yet. I didn't have any game consoles either, so that PC was my everything.I remember playing games like SkiFree, Chip's Challenge, and Space Cadet Pinball. I spent countless hours on Microsoft Paint, trying to draw. There was also this typing program with a robot that helped you learn to type faster. I was obsessed with it, mainly because I wanted to beat my older brother's high score.I used to mess around with the settings a lot, sometimes accidentally changing the screen resolution to something crazy and freaking out until I figured out how to change it back. And let's not forget the dial-up internet - the struggle of waiting forever for a single webpage to load, and the horror of someone picking up the phone and disconnecting you. Those were simpler times, but man, they were awesome. It's funny to think how far we've come since then, but those early experiences definitely shaped my love for tech today.

I think it was around 1994 or 1995. My mother took my siblings and I to see our father at his office. I think he had a IBM clone type of computer. I don't remember it having a Windows type of interface. It was mostly white or lime green text against a blue background. My favorite time was when I was using a software program called "Banner" and had so much fun the the fonts and designs.

Probably when my dad worked as a Tech teacher for a while. Also, the Wii and DS Lite if they count. Earliest PC games I played would've probably been the Zoombinis or Backyard Sports games.

I don't remember my first time ever using a computer. My grandpa was a huge computer buff and so I always had access to a computer (I was born in 96). The first games I remember playing was Sirus Sing-Along Kids 1, a "game" where dinosaurs sing childrens songs, Lenny Music Toons, a music based game staring Lenny the Penguin, and a lot of Humongous entertainment games.

My 1st experience was back when I was like 5-7 years old on a Windows XP computer that was in the back of the house. Can't remember much except I watched a fair bit of YouTube on it. I rarely used it, mainly I was on the PS2 or my 1st AtGames Genesis.

I was really little so I don’t remember my first time but I do remember this game:It actually came with a special thing to put over top of your keyboard that had different colors and shapes. So as a hypothetical example, the space bar would make a triangle or whatever.
