I remember this old PSA or ad on Canadian TV around the early 2010s sometime (I think I saw it on CMT [Canada], but it most likely aired on lots of other channels too). I never understood its message though. I think it was political or something, and since I was only a kid/tween, I had no idea what the point of it was. To my recollection, it was in a room where the walls were entirely purple. There was a guy (I think he was partially bald with thick glasses) with an ice cream stand in the room. There is a kid who says he wants some, and the guy replies "no, this is only for new people". Then another kid (a "new person") comes in and asks for chocolate ice cream, so the guy scoops it and puts it on the cone and says "chocolate it is". Then the kid takes his ice cream. The original kid says "well, I'm new too" (or something along those lines), and the bald guy says "well, he's new-er". That's all I can remember. I think it was probably a PSA about social inequities or something like that, but I would like to see it again for myself. Does anyone remember this or know where I could find it?
