Jpop, Live Train Footage ( Likely Vocaloid, Pre-2017 )

Hello, my name is Hatty aka ChronicSheep, and while I do have another topic that is currently active, this search is for a wholly unrelated piece of media that I am also trying to find. I've had a friend of mine and my boyfriend post on r/Vocaloid and r/TipOfMyTongue in the past to search for it as I do not have a reddit account but to no avail- so I hope you guys will be able to help.

• This song would have to have been uploaded pre-2017 as I got my current computer around then and I'd saved it on my old one. I would just get the song off of there but that computer no longer works.
  
• The song had an upbeat tempo and was sung entirely in Japanese. The title was also in Japanese but also included an English translation.
  
• It was likely sung by Hatsune Miku.
• The video for the song is what's most vivid to me. It was entirely live action and showed no people, it began silently with the visual of a train door closing, the entire video consisted of shots from a camera looking out train windows. Pastel kanji lyrics ( with English translations ) would appear on various parts of the screen as the song was sung.
• The visuals had a muted green feeling to them? The video itself wasn't tinted green but the locomotive and surrounding architecture had that industrial green color to them, along with faded whites and blacks.
