A good trick I learned when looking for videos like these is looking through the playlists of YouTubers that were active around that time. It could be possible that someone else from that era had saved the videos in a playlist somewhere. It could also be helpful if the videos were unlisted at some point.

They also have a grumpy grey cat and orange cat OC. As seen in this intro.
They don't seem to have speaking in any of their videos though.
Edit: An unrelated question but did your animator happen to have made any Warrior Cat animations? That used to be big back in the day.
Adorable icon! That isn't it though, I'm fairly certain they didn't do any Littlest Pet Shop or Warrior Cat animations and that their characters were all original. I could be wrong and if it turns out to be linked with Warrior Cats that's on me, but they never referenced clans and I don't think any of the cats followed the naming conventions of Warriors.
I did know about Warriors at the time and vividly remember things such as Firestar Doesn't Like Waffles and even made ocs of my own, maybe they could've been characters I just wasn't familiar with.
I don't remember the videos having any drawn backgrounds, no cities, forests, fields, etc. as well. It was just plain white, perhaps tinted a light color.

I remember regularly watching TheDogzLife between 2009 and 2012, who did both walkthroughs of 2 of my favourite Wii games as well as similar art video's.
