90s VHS childrens' show "Jumper" with frog puppet character

I do NOT think this video is the original but I do think it could be a reproduction/uses original puppets.

Wishing Chair Productions inherited all their puppets from famous american puppeteer Tom Tichenor back in 1992 when he passed and in 1997 Brian Hull was tasked to reinvent his puppet program.

Now Tom Tichenor is quite well known in the puppeteering community and was featured on NBC, collaberating with mickey mouse, donald and walt disney and I think it is entirely possible this production that uses his puppets may be an adaptation. He is refrenced in a few places of having created a few things with a talking frog

OR the youtube video is the one the user it talking about. As brian hull originally began adapting the shows in 1997 so it could fit in the timeframe the user gave. Anyway, I think what the user remembers could possibly be a show adaptation of this story, whether it is by Tom Tichenor or another puppeteer

There is also another user in the Discord thread that has recollections of seeing it in school, it being very low budget and used as an educational video in class. I don't know where that user is located but if they're from California then I believe we are on the right track.
