I created an account solely to post about an unidentified TV show I remember watching back in the day. The show aired sometime between 2013-2014, most likely on either Treehouse or Disney Jr. However, I don't recall much about it, so I'll try to provide as much description as possible.
The show appeared to be produced internationally and had a primitive CGI design. It was set in a jungle, and the only character I remember was a bird (supposedly an emu) that was mostly blue and black with a small bit of white and red. This character had a funny voice. The only scene I vividly recall is the credits scene.
All the characters in the show were animals, and I haven't been able to find anything about it online. Based on its appearance, it was most likely produced between 2007-2009 and was probably being rerun during the time I watched it. If anyone here knows or remembers the show, please let me know.
I'm only throwing that out there because Connor the Waffle talked about it in a recent video, it was way after my time. It's about jungle animals, was on Playhouse Disney, and aired in about the time frame you mentioned.
Could it be Henry’s Amazing Animals? The show was produced by a British company, aired on Playhouse Disney, and had a mix of live action, animation, and primitive looking CGI. Here’s the episode about tropical birds divided into 2 parts, check it out and see if it looks familiar:
