When I was a kid there was this pizza place with a similar vibe to TGI Fridays where there was tons of random merchandise and pop culture media on the wall like toys, movie posters, backpacks etc. But recently I was trying to rediscover something and I can not seem to find any evidence of it anywhere online.
There were these 3 or 4 portraits they had at the restaurant of Wallace, Gromit, and Wendolyn spoofing different movies. I'm going to assume they were official cause they were too high quality from what I remember (I always wanted to sit in the area where these portraits were), and the owner didn't really put any bootleg merchandise up. I have a pretty vivid memory of the images, but haven't been able to find them on auction sites, or anything even talking about Wallace and Gromit.
One was Wendolyn in the clutches of a giant bird/pteradon over its nest, with Wallace off to the side holding a spear. Clearly inspired by One Million Years BC
Another was a parody of the Bride of Frankenstein with Wendolyn as the Bride having her hands up in the air as she rises from the table with Wallace and Gromit looking on.
The last one I remember was a parody of A Brief Encounter with Wallace wiping a tear off of Wendolyns cheek as she's sticking her head out the window of a train.
Everywhere I look has been pretty much a dead end, even putting the name of the movie and Wallace and Gromit in the search bar has heeded no results, even on sites like Ebay where I was hoping to find one of the framed pictures.
