Genuine answer; I assume you've checked Worth of Web, but for those who haven't;
The report given is over a year out of date so the value may very well have risen since then, but it's giving me a value of $79, 688 USD. Note that this is for the Wiki itself and not the forums, as there isn't enough traffic generated to get a report from Worth.
Given that value, and the fact that, with finds such as JBVO, Everyone Knows That, etc becoming more widespread and known on the greater Internet, a good offer would likely be somewhere around $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
Guys, if you don't intend on adding meaningful conversation, please don't make joke answers or get rude about it. This is purely a hypothetical! If you wouldn't want to have a bunch of people acting childish on your thread, then don't do it to someone else!

And I thought you were some couch potato causing trouble, lol.
I'm not, don't worry lol I'm trying to get approved to be a mod on here to help out, so I don't want to be adding to trouble. I'm not one to start shit online.

LMW is using a no-charge service (ProBoards) instead of being built from scratch; relying on a template.
Hypothetically speaking, I guess you could somehow become an administrator. It's not owning the website but you are still in charge and pretty much you are near the top of the totem pole.

idk how much itll sell for so I'm writing a short story instead
lmw is sold one day, to an anonymous buyer. blinded by the sudden sale and a new anonymous owner, the forum is flooded with questions and confusion. among the wave of posts, a new user named "animeguy22" has managed to comment on all of them "it was bound to happen eventually" he says. "it's like a wolf returning to the wild"
things seem to continue as normal for a while, until pages start disappearing and being replaced with advertisements. the first pages to disappear were some big hunts. slamfest'99, Pokemon, ect. "no big deal I'll just rewrite the pages" a mod says, after failing to get in contact with the new owner.
but the pages kept disappearing. and faster than the mods could keep up.
until one day, while making a private archive to rebuild lmw off of in the future, a mod stumbles onto lm.fandom and notices an article seems familiar.
"hang on" she realises. "I WROTE this article for OUR wiki?!"
she looks at their most recent pages and finds copies of lmws missing pages. desperate for answers, she messages the new owner one last time with her findings.
and she finally gets a response.
"heh you've finally figured it out." the new owner was none other than some fandom mod who (with fandoms ad money) bought lmw to steal articles for their own shitty website.
