my memories are really vague of it but there was this video essay i saw in like 2022 or so that was named some shit like "the darkest youtube channel". the videos were of a cynical nature, stuff about humanity sucking or whatever, and i vividly remember the creator of the videos used this image of a blue pentagram with a snake on it a lot. there was this red airbrushed baby on a video they made about child abuse i remember was on the thumbnail of the video essay. i heard the reason for the cynical worldview was cause they lost their grandparent or something....
i believe the actual videos are lost too? it's completely erased from the rational animations channel, which makes sense since it's more professional now
Think it might've been about a different channel? I've been peeking through Rational Animations on the Wayback Machine and can't seem to find anything. It looks like around 2021 they made a hard pivot from a more personal channel posting random fun stuff (the old Conway's Game of Life and Redstone videos) to how they are now, and I don't see any uploads that got deleted. Only exception I see is a video about a 24 hour clock made in Minecraft.

no.....i very much remember going to their channel after the video ended, and the video mentioned that channel. there is a chance the original channel was another channel made by the same person though

if it helps, i remember one video about a turtle being attacked by a duck, with them asking if you'd save the turtle. or was it the other way around i forget
Channel previously went under the names "Emanuele Ascani" and "Oingo Boingo" which seems worth noting. Not that the Oingo Boingo name would be of any help seeing as researching it would just pull up the band, but the actual name could be useful in searching for stuff.
