I'm looking for an animation, I don't remember if it was a movie or a series, it was about a boy who was on a farm and a big storm was approaching and he had to close all the doors and windows, he had help to close everything on the farm, but I don't remember if they were talking animals, talking farm things or ghosts, I saw this animation when I was little on a pirate DVD, in addition to that cartoon it had chapters about marsupilami, bonkers and quack pack, I have a slight suspicion that in the chapters had the Disney toon logo but I'm not too sure about that.
Do you have a time frame of when you watched it? Or when it seemed like it was made? Looking up the premise brings up a movie called Rock-a-Doodle which vaguely matches what you described. It's from 1991, but it's not Disney. Do you think that's it?
Do you know what animation style it was in or what the boy looked like? Definitely sounds like it was from Toon Disney given all the other shows are from Toon Disney
It does sound an awful lot like Rock-a-Doodle. I'd start there, but let's work another angle in case that isn't it.
Was the boy human? If so, that might narrow this down.
We don't know that everything on the DVD was from Disney Afternoon (or even Disney in general), but let's assume for a moment that it was. Half of the sixteen shows that aired on the block featured anthropomorphic animals exclusively. We can absolutely eliminate DuckTales, Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, and Quack Pack.
That leaves:
101 Dalmatians: The Series
Adventures of the Gummi Bears
Aladdin
Bonkers
Disney's Doug
Gargoyles
Hercules
The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa Mighty Ducks
The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show
Some of these are far less likely than others. It's on a farm? Gargoyles and Mighty Ducks were mostly based in cities, with a few backdrops of fantasy and sci-fi (respectively). Bonkers and Shnookums and Meat were also set in a city. Hercules (the character) grew up on a farm, but I don't think he visited it much on the show. Aladdin was mostly in a desert. The only farm I remember on the Disney seasons of Doug was one of those weird fast food places the gang tried out in the first episode. Timon and Puumba went all over the place, but the scenario described wouldn't really fit the show. They actually did go to a farm in at least one episode, but nothing like that happened.
If it's a Disney Afternoon show, I think it's probably 101 Dalmatians or Gummi Bears, leaning more towards the latter. Besides the process of elimination, both shows had farms on them (it was actually the main setting for the former), human characters were around (in the case of Gummi Bears, one-episode human characters were introduced all the time to move the plot forward, I could totally see our farm boy being one of them), and that scenario wouldn't really be out of place (less so with Gummi Bears).

I see a lot of people mention Rock a Doodle, but I honestly doubt it. There is a boy on a farm and a storm, however the boy didn’t help get the them prepared. He wanted to but his mom thought he was too young to help so he just stayed in bed. Also that part of the movie was live action.
