Italian 90s/early 00s cartoon with round dungeon with doors

Hello community. I'm italian and once seen a cartoon around 2004-2006, I seem to remember that there was a witch, but I don't know if there was really one or if I'm just misremembering. But what I remember is that there was a group of people entering inside a dungeon underground. I think they went with the witch. Then they entered a big circular underground room with doors. The room and everything were brown as I remember. Every door had a sign with the symbol of an element above it. For example, when they opened a door with the water symbol, water flushed out or when they opened a door with the fire symbol, fire spouted out. I don't remember how the characters looked like but I just seem to remember this witch. I also seem to remember that everybody had dot eyes. The animation was very colorful, grainy, low-quality and looked like a typical italian cartoon from the late 90s and early 2000s (like ''La Gabbinella E Il Gatto''). But I don't remember if it was a series or a movie. I watched a lot of cartoons on channels like Boing, Rai Gulp, Frisbee Rai YoYo and Cartoonito, but can't find it anywhere. On Google neither. I also asked on Reddit, but nobody answered. Does anybody know the title of this?
