I'm going over the video I was going to drop since it's prime r/Whang and r/DeepIntoYoutube content and years after the fact, I still have no idea if it's a bizarrely crafted shitpost by the uploader, a dramatic reading of some Home Improvement fanfiction or ramblings, or something else. However, I forgot how NSFW it was and I don't think I'd be able to link to it since we have a ton of kids who roam on here.
It's one of those "if you know, you know" things and with it only having just over 7k views in ten years with it being the uploader's only video, I don't think this is a mystery that is going to be solved anytime soon.
Instead, here's something more basic. I believe this got posted to r/ObscureMedia a few years ago and it's oddly catchy.
