Actually TreSensa was way more than just a game engine, but a digital marketing agency based in NY focused on providing custom branded games for ad campaigns, as this Minions game. They were probably using their own proprietary game engine (TreSensa Game Engine).

I'm beginning to think it wasn't a flash game. They were using TreSensa Game Engine, which is an old game engine (aquired by Liftoff in 2021), written in Javascript. Unfortunatly, the file script dm2min.js (DM2 standing for Despicable Me 2) wasn't archived.
Now this isn't that helpful, but I checked flashpointproject.github.io/flashpoint-database/search/, and it wasn't archived on there, plus I saw people saying it wasn't a flash game maybe, so its probably a good idea to look at other game engines besides flash.
