...wow. Is all I can really say. Now I'm just fascinated by the origin of this mystery. I have to assume that the original OP was watching this film and noticed that there was just a little segment of a funky song that didn't have any obvious sex noises over it, and decided to record just only that. Then, years later, came across the recording and had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE where it could have come from. However, this explains everything about the sound quality and odd noises, it was a direct recording from a film in the first place.
