Maybe Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Puget Sound or Seattle’s Children Hospital? Maybe something similar in nature to this (although I know this isn’t what you looking for)?
No, that’s not it. The footage was high-quality, not unfiltered like here.
I'm from the PNW and I vaguely remember seeing something similar as a toddler. Especially the black and white color. Did the ads happen to have a classroom setting?
Edit: The ad I saw in question I assure had dialogue spoken by a woman while piano music was playing.
You might be thinking of the Sylvian Learning Center ads I’ve come across, which are similar but don’t have the music I remember.
I remember there were outdoor scenes, not sure about ones in the classroom.

I’m sure having a lot of lost media dreams. Last night I dreamt that I located what this was—-all along it was apparently for a college located in the town where I live.
Obviously this isn’t the case (I’m pretty sure it showed kids who were younger than college age) and I still am not entirely sure it was for something local. Additionally, maybe I have the year wrong and it was shown in more 2004-6 or so.
That sounds like a really interesting memory! The black-and-white ads with the piano tune seem quite unique, especially if they were educational. It’s a shame you haven’t been able to find them online; sometimes local or regional ads don’t make it into the broader archives. If you’re still keen on finding them, you might try reaching out to old Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network fan communities, they might have some leads or memories of those ads. And maybe local TV archives or stations from the northwest could have some info too. Good luck with the search!
