The Looney Tunes Show Lola Bunny. That has to be the worse since with most characters, they stay faithful to their previous iterations. TLTS Lola does not act like Space Jam Lola.
That one character based on Peter Lorre is unironically my least favourite looney tunes character, I hate how he looks nothing like any of the others, and I hate how he sounds. He is uncomfortable to look at.
Never heard of those guys, but if I had to guess, they're bad because they came from the cheap crappy hanna barbera animation era. It's sad how many characters got destroyed from the mid 60s to the late 70s because of cheap cash-grabbing animation practices of the time. Cool Cat looks like Pink Panther mixed with Top Cat and a bit of Tony the Tiger.

Yeah, as I mentioned. It's interesting that Hanna Barbera managed to animate versions of Tex Avery / MGM characters, but not actual Looney Tunes, and every single one will appear on a "worst cartoons" list.
