I'd like to see the uncut versions of every Saved by the Bell episode in good quality and all of the Looney Tunes shorts remastered Golden Collection style.

Speaking of video games I grew up with, I always felt Ed Edd n Eddy: The Mis-Edventures had potential but was underwhelming.
I feel like a Simpsons: Hit & Run type of game would have worked well with the Eds. If that game ever gets a remake, I would add side-missions given by the various characters, more explorable areas, more levels in general, a better ending, etc. At the very least, I would love to see it brought to the level of SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom.
