Went to have physiotherapy recently on my legs and found out I have weak ankles and knees. I work out often and sometimes go on long walks, so I don't know how they can be weak. I have been given leg strengthen exercises to do every day which should help. On day 3 of doing the exercises and I can feel it.
On a lighter note, I was looking through the videos on: www.youtube.com/@foundfootagefest (A great resource for media found on VHS tapes) and I just found this: The weirdest Weird Al Cameo Appearance Ever. Looks like they used his Rambo character from UHF.
While on the subject of YouTube videos, have you ever rewatched a video you watched a long time ago and saw a comment you forgot you left on it and cringed? I have as I have been on YouTube since 2007 and left comments on a lot of videos since then.
I have an interest in men's clothing from the 1800s, especially the time period between the 1840s to the 1890s. I got a pattern to make 4 different shirts that are designed on actual shirts made in England in the 1860s which were bought in their thousands and sent to America for the Confederates during the American Civil War. I got myself some paper backed tin buttons to put on them. Tin was one of the many materials used to make buttons at the time along with pearl, wood, glass, brass, pewter and mother of pearl and sometimes buttons were covered in wool. I have tried sewing once before and it didn't go well and I ruined some cotton flannel material I had, so while I have what I need to make one of these shirts and the correct cotton material, I am going to do a lot of practising first.
