Over in Brazil back in the 1970s(at least that's the decade I could find), The Huckleberry Hound Show received a dub that aired on Rede Tupi. Over there, it was sponsored by a toy company named Trol & it had a unique & nicely animated intro sequence:
Any Brazilians feel free to correct me about the short description because this stuff can be quite hard to properly research when one doesn't know the language all too well.
It’s nice to see a version of the intro where you can actually see the characters. The in the original one you barely see Huckleberry because:
Plus the credits literally show Huckleberry interacting with Snap,Crackle, and Pop (aka the Rice Crispies elves) and even Tony the Tiger (Frosted Flakes)

Been having memories of this really strange animation I've seen when I was in elementary. I think it was a Reading Rainbow episode and it had this very strange style. Most I remember of it is this guy having food flung onto his face and looking all disgruntled. I still don't know if it was exact Reading Rainbow, but I swear it had something to do with a book.

Werid.
Reminds me that I’ve been out of boredom watching the PBS Retro channel on Roku which shows Reading Rainbow reruns.

I got a GB Operator to transfer my Game Boy cartridges onto my R4 so I can play them on my DSi. I haven't gotten a DS cartridge reader yet so I haven't been able to import my DS saves (once I'm able to get one it will take a long time to transfer everything because I have so many carts all stored in a drawer. In the meantime I will see if I can find files of the games I own and then use a save editor to get to around the point I was at on the official carts. Also does the MAME emulator for DS support Vsmile games?

Here's something I didn't expect to show up in my recommended. Some good looking cartoon from Kazakhstan! Kinda looks like an animefied Bluey in my eyes:

Is it wrong that I like the Poison Ivy movies unironically?
No, it's not.
Here's the thing, I actually like the trashy sequels far more than the original film
Don't get me wrong, the original one is good but it feels like it's pulling back its punches too much and comes off as a bit too indecisive on where it sits on the "Dark Melodrama vs. Erotic Thriller" divide. It's not quite an erotic thriller per se (even the uncut version has no real nudity to speak of) but more of a "romantic thriller", for lack of a better term. But there's those seedy B-Movie aesthetic elements despite the relatively tamer content and it feels kinda off, I guess?
Poison Ivy 2 is also a bit muddled on what kind of film it wants to be but it does push a bit more towards the Erotic Thriller lane, as this is the first one where the series' infamous rep for nudity and sex scenes begins. There isn't as much as you'd think given the franchise's infamy for nudity as a whole but it's there. The wild and sudden swerve the movie takes in its last act is even more jarring but that honestly adds to the entertainment value.
Poison Ivy 3 is honestly my favorite despite being the most sexually explicit. In fact, that's a big point in its favor. And no, not for those kinds of reason, but because Poison Ivy 3 picked a lane and stuck with that for the entire film. It even has some legit horror vibes in the latter half that really help its favor too.
Poison Ivy 4 is a fun Great Recession-era cheapo romp and at times feels like an original movie that was tacked with the Poison Ivy name for rights reasons but I do like the idea of a Skull & Bones/Illuminati-esque all-female secret society that the femme fatales of the first three films may have belonged to.
