I would also pay a lot of artists to draw a lot of art that I want, pay people and set up bounties to motivate people to find all of the lost media that I want found, buy a few games from their original creators and hire a lot of game developers and designers to make the games I want and add more content to the games I want to have more content.
Build a museum in the art deco style, with an in-house cinema. After that, absolutely nothing, as I would have achieved my dream, and I'm not charitable enough to want to "change the world".
I have always wanted to be a designer. I find people like Walter Dorwin Teague very inspirational, but a lesser known individual named Ronald "Ronnie" Gougeon is who I wish to be just like. He was a genius. He designed his own art deco house and built it himself, then designed his own art deco car and once again, built it himself.
I want to be self-sufficient and capable of making things to my exact design, typically in the art deco, bauhaus and MCM styles, yes, I am a bit of a post-modernist. Having money is always a hurdle for anybody's dreams.
I want a museum of everything, as I collect antiques and objects of all types from all countries. My plan would be to separate areas into continents, then sub-areas into countries, followed by certain eras of those countries, with all indicators written in English as well as the country in question's native language. Examples would be China and Germany, in which I would have Rep. of China, PRC and Taiwan, as well as Weimar, 3rd Reich, and East/West Germany, etc.
Once I have that, then I wouldn't want anything else, except maybe a friend.

I'll be your friend
I'm nothing but a mass of concrete yet my heart is calling my name
I'd personally do it to restore the planet, reduce the impacts of global warming and climate change, improve our lives and bring back nature on a global scale and also preserve worldwide media. I would:
Restore habitats and create new ones for wildlife on a global scale and continually fund them so that they can be protected forever.
Invest in stopping species from going endangered/extinct worldwide.
Help create sustainable agriculture worldwide to restore nature on farms while still being able to feed ourselves and reducing pollution and habitat destruction caused by farming practises.
Help poor countries deal with the effects climate change is having on their countries as well as providing them with food, good education and healthcare etc... so people in those places can have better lives.
Fund worldwide healthcare and education.
Fund museums worldwide so they can continue to protect our treasures.
Try and restore the oceans and stop overfishing worldwide.
Invest in clean, renewable energy that is also sustainable and has minimal impact as possible to the planet in creating said clean energy sources.
Donate to NASA and other space agencies so that they can have enough money to work towards creating something to remove all the space junk in space that is floating around our planet and also fund ways to destroy asteroids in the event one comes hurtling towards our planet.
Create sustainable housing and fix up old buildings worldwide in a way that has minimal impact on nature and the planet while still giving us places to live and leaving space for nature and or increasing nature in the process.
Donate heavily to getting polluting transport vehicles off the roads, water and skies and replaced by clean energy vehicles that have a far less negative impact on the plant and our health.
Invest in finding a way to protect our electricity grid so that in the event of a big enough solar flare happens, we won't lose our electricity network or as minimum disruption to it as possible happens to it.
Fund way to stop plastic pollution for good.
Fund protecting our technology infrastructure and find ways to make it far more sustainable and our tech far more reusable so we don't run out of resources to create more technology we need in the future.
Find ways to make media storage far better so we can store data in devices that are far more reliable for very long term storage, have much higher capacitates and be quick to access with far less chance of something going wrong etc..
Find ways to backup and preserve as much media as possible that exists from all TV shows, Movies, music videos, games, YouTube, Vimeo, and other similar media so it can be well preserved for future generations to see and hear.
Finally on a non future saving thing I'd do is invest in having all decent games from the 80s to the 2000s remastered with much better graphics, audio, music etc.... Games I can think off from the top of my head I'd love to see remastered and would invest in getting done: Nintendo games, Earthworm Jim, GoldenEye, Original Deus Ex (2000) with added cut content, Motocross Madness 2, Earthbound, Vampire The Masquerade: Redemption, Technomage, Star Trek Deep Space Nine: The Fallen and Voyager: Elite Force, SimCity 2000, 3000 and 4, Clive Barkers Undying. Also love to see a first person version of Diablo/Diablo II and Age of Empires 1,2 and 3.
I […] will find a way to make it so that the original owners cannot take it down.
Lobbying DMCA out of existence.
Almost no one in the USA wanted DMCA law to begin with. It was spontaneously decided by a bunch of bureaucrats. The majority of Americans had no say in it.

If I had infinite money?
1. Pay off any debts my loved ones have and make sure they're well cared for
2. Donate to the poor
3. Buy Disney, WBD, Sony, and Paradox Interactive and force regime changes in all those companies
4. Buy out BlackRock and Vanguard and personally dissolve both companies entirely after firing all employees and executives with no benefits, pensions, or severance packages and then sell off all their assets for pennies on the dollar.
5. Personally commission ultimatekai to come out of retirement

I'd lovingly shower my friends in money and help whoever I can along the way.
You're short on rent this month? Say no more. I just covered your bills for the next 20 years no matter where you go.
You're neck deep in medical bills and student debt? That sucks ass. Let me take care of it for you.
Does your insurance company suck and won't give you accessible aid and resources? Story of my life. I'll help ensure you won't have to worry about that again.
Are you in a dangerous place and need to get out? Tell me what you need and I'll do what I can, especially if you're trying to seek asylum or you're in a war zone. Every little bit helps, yes, but I want to use my place of new money glitch privilege to do more.
