Do you guys think we should make a day where we just work on the spreadsheet? It would be a day we all agree on and we would have a designated number of pages to work on. Just a thought.
that would be fun but I think we can add a little more organisation to it if we're doing a whole day. I'll do a little planning and if I figure something out we should definitely do this
I'm thinking something like designating certain areas of the wiki to different people and/or have some people search for page urls and others fill the spreadsheet for efficiency

Like adding different lost media categories, such as lost status, media type, etc.?

I'm more concerned with how efficient a dozen or so people all editing the spreadsheet at the same time will go.
if people had set jobs to do then we would all step on each other's feet less. for example: some people searching for lmwiki pages and collecting links, while others fill out the information from the wiki into the spreadsheet, and then at least one person going through and fact checking all the info we've added just in case
(date TBD. will probably take place late April/early May)
goals • fully log an entire section of the wiki • +300 rows in the spreadsheet • fact check and update entire spreadsheet • prove that future community archival projects are possible
how it's going to happen: • you will be assigned a roll (based on form) • you will have 24 hours to do as much as you can • there will be a few mini goals to keep hype up throughout the day
notes: • you can ask to change rolls at any time • you do not have to work the entire 24 hours, just helping out when you have spare time is enough • there might be a discord/vc for the day depends if enough ppl are interested • there's some lost media that's out of my regular budget but I'm willing to buy them as prizes for goals if we hit them. one of them is a $120 interactive DVD with 10+ activities
Hey yall just heard about the "LMW Spreadsheet Day." I signed up, & just so you know you guys may see some changes to the spreadsheet. The info will stay the same but im changing the formatting to make it easier on the eyes. So if you guys see drastic changes while your on it, dont worry its just me doing maintenance.
we have a good chunk of volunteers so I wanna start organising the date. it's probably going to take place over 2 days depending on your timezone, but I have a few dates that would work
here's some date options: (fri/sat) 19-20 April 3-4 may 10-11 may

May 10-11 works for me as I still need some time to catch up on my schoolwork.

New update
I'll be making some new sheets listing topics collaborators have talked about. This will be in a completely different file. Below is a list of people who will get there sheet. This does not at all mean the topics on these sheets will be removed from the main sheet.
were about a week away from spreadsheet day (may 10-11) just a reminder this is coming up. also I will be getting to stuff that needs to get done beforehand (job assignment/ect) on Monday I'm busy this weekend
