That Schunffel Bunny song back when I was nineteen.
Omg
That was my break up song lol Fr I'd have that shit on my while crying lol Pretty good song though. My friend used to listen to Axel F after break ups.
I'm nothing but a mass of concrete yet my heart is calling my name
I have a few. I don't know how embarrassing they are, maybe some are no but I'd say these are for me as I am an adult and these are children's music (not sure if the Masterwerk song is or not, I just like the melody). I do find them relaxing though.
Number one is probably "Old Bear Stories" theme by Paul Castle:
Backstreet Boys and Nsync songs for me, can't help but like them.
I didn’t know Backstreet Boys were considered a guilty pleasure. I always assumed they were a popular band that everyone loved or something.
They were mainly popular with young girls and that's more where the guilty part comes from, if you were a straight dude in the late 90s and early 2000s it wasn't really cool for you to like boy bands(pop punk stuff like Simple Plan was a bit more acceptable for dudes to like but not by much)though that stigma isn't really there anymore.

Postman Pat Travelling Music
Masterwerk "Tee Tie Toe Tum"
The Postman Pat traveling theme and just the (OG) show in general are just so chill,so I get your point here.
For me, it is Young Folks by Peter, Bjorn and John. I don't exactly know what "comfort song" means, but I assume it's a song that makes one feel strong emotions when they listen to it, or they listen to it when they feel a certain emotion. This song makes me feel depressed, or I listen to it when I am depressed. I read that it is supposed to be a "happy" song, but I never perceived it that way. It feels empty, and like the "happiness" of the song is being used to hide something darker, I always perceived the song to be about a terrible person who did terrible things trying to convince people around him to "go along with" him. The song itself always reminded me of the film "Happiness", which is a film portraying dark subject matter with a light tone hiding the darkness, as well as Tears for Fears "Mad World", a song with deeply emotional lyrics about depression that ended up being played in clubs, and featured a video with dancing and colourful imagery, despite the dark subject matter. (Sorry for replying to an obviously dead thread, I decided to look through elmerfudd's posts after they responded to one of mine to see if I could give any input)
