PART A-Description
Around 2010, there was a cartoon I saw where two firefighters were going down a pole and coming down this seemingly empty room. They Were not wearing any gear or any clothes that firefighters would wear. I think they would run out of the house but this is all I remember. It was in the style of spongebob but i'm sure it was not spongebob.
PART B-Source
It was probably streaming on cable because I don't recall using streaming services until 2013 - 2014. It could have been local and we were living in New Mexico at the time.

I've asked people I know about this cartoon but it’s no use. If you guys have an idea please let me know
(I know the parts seem weird but I wanted to organize)
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the cartoon was 2d and there was energetic action jazz playing.
