The original Kevin Spacey cut of All The Money In The World. I’m sure a workprint or test screener cut with Spacey’s performance intact still exists, but it probably won’t ever be released until Ridley Scott or Kevin Spacey are dead.
We’ll probably see this in the 2040’s at the earliest.
Also the Sam Kinison scene from Three Amigos! Only about 12 minutes of deleted footage still exists of the 30-40 minutes of cut content, and that was an Exhibitors Print… which isn’t in very good condition, as the deleted opening in Santo Poco has an abrupt jump cut towards the end, so even that print is no longer 100% intact. Sam Kinison’s scene probably just doesn’t exist anymore. A true case of “Missing Episode”.
