TL;DR: Cartoon Incorporated was a "channel" that Max found. The channel's videos were all the same time, and all of them contained this creepy Wyoming Incident-like content. The comments were all filled with creeps posing as popular Gen Z celebrities saying that they wanna do a certain thing, with them giving out phone numbers and Whatsapps. Max "took it down", which led to no reuploads, even though one of the videos Max showcased had over 70k views.

99% of remotely creepy shit that turns up in "lost media"/"internet mystery" spaces is fake. Even like, for example Worldcorp Enterprises was *probably real NSFL* and it was *STILL* part of an ARG. This sort of thing just doesn't happen, and if it does it doesn't get to 70k views before it gets taken down.
