I found the screensaver!
Turns out the hard drive from my old computer still works and I was able to find the screensaver I downloaded from the Happy Meal website all those years ago! It's called the "Super Active Mario Screensaver." I uploaded it to the Internet Archive for those interested in checking it out.
One weird thing was I could have sworn the screensaver had an easter egg showing you a cheat code to the Mario's Driving Range game. I remember you could see the screensaver change to a new screen if you waited long enough. It should loop between the images of Mario, Yoshi, and Donkey Kong, and then show another screen with the cheat code to the Mario's Driving Range game.
Either I'm misremembering how I activated the secret screen, or I saw the cheat code on another part of the Happy Meal website and got mixed up. I've waited at least 20 minutes and the screensaver's loop never changes. If anyone wants to mess with the screensaver to see if they can find the (possibly non-existent) secret screen, I'll leave the Internet Archive link below.

I'd highly recommend not using the computer normally while you check it to avoid messing anything up (eg. automatically deleting temp files). See if you can purchase a SATA cable and connect it to your main computer. If you can't buy one right now, don't open anything when you start up the computer and make sure you aren't connected to the internet. Install software and transfer files through a USB stick. You should be fine. Cloning your hard drive to your main computer would also be a good move given how old it is, but it's by no means necessary and may kill the drive if it's truly on its last legs.
Once you have the files ready, download the program "Everything" (www.voidtools.com/). It's perfectly safe, lightweight freeware that just indexes everything on your system so you can quickly search through it. It's 100x more efficient than the Windows search bar.
Once that's running, search ".swf". It might help to sort by date modified to find results from when the games were up. Copy the results into a folder on your main computer for easy access, and from there you kind of just have to look through all of them. Drag them into this standalone Flash player (it's by Adobe, no worries there).
Hope this helps!
