Right now, I'm going back and playing through PC games I never got the chance to play back in the 1990's, since my family couldn't afford a computer at the time. I just started Gabriel Knight: Sins Of The Fathers about a day ago, and am really looking forward to experiencing it first-hand, instead of vicariously through friends or playthrough videos. The next two games in the series are the next ones planned, and after that I'm thinking of finally playing the various episodes of Half-Life and Half-Life 2.

Kingdom Hearts,Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3,Ratchet and Clank and Sonic Mega Collection for my PS2

The Pokémon Scarlet dlc where your at the blueberry academy (I forget what it’s called),Mario Wonder,if you count it then the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe booster pack,and the Mario RPG remake (oh yeah and all these are on my switch for the one person that asks)

Ima also soon probably play through Smash Bros Brawl’s story mode (the Subspace Emissary) since I’m getting a replacement copy since my old copy doesn't work anymore.

Hamtaro Ham Hams Unite, Ham Ham Heartbreak, and Rainbow Rescue are all surprisingly quite solid adventure/RPG/minigame games with loads of fun and charm, to the point that some Youtubers made flabbergasted videos on the "surprise" of the quality. Major faves of mine when I was younger (well Unite and Heartbreak, Rainbow sadly did not get a US release).
