For specials definitely Rapsittie Street Kids, how the fuck that "thing" was ever allowed to air on TV is mind-boggling to me.
For movie probably the Hulk Hogan movie "Santa With Muscles", it's got an early role for Mila Kunis(who is probably embarrassed about it now and leaves it off her resume)and the plot involves magic crystals underneath an orphanage or some shit.

You made me remember that god-forbidden special. ((Rapsittie Street Kids))
Also what station did Rapsittie Street kids even air on. Some public access channel?

It was mostly aired in syndication but it was most commonly shown on The WB 100+ Station Group(though it wasn't actually aired as part of The WB itself). It was broadcast a handful of times in December 2002 before fading into obscurity.
Another bizarre one is The Christmas Tree from the 80s, Nostalgia Critic rightfully tore that one a new asshole:

I know that from PBG (PeanutButterGamer)
It was actually from 1991 meaning 2 years ago “A PINE TREE.” Celebrated its 30th year of its cult of Children. ((IK it sounds Werid but if you watch the film it’s basically about that))

Sheep in The Big City had this pseudo Christmas special where Christmas as called clearance day where everyone buys everything. Hilarious, I love this show so much!
I remember the Flying Rhino Junior High special being a bit weird and not very Christmas-y. It's the episode "Phantom Christmas" and the whole thing is a depressing nightmare. YouTube Link
My Gym Partners a Monkey has a holiday episode (so not directly Christmas) called "Have Yourself a Joyful Little Animas". Spoilers... it's about Adam trying to find a pile of shit and he can't find it because his nose is stuffed up.
I jokingly watched Rapsittie last December, and was impressed by how much of a trainwreck it is. After I finished watching it, I exited the room cackling like a witch.
Probably the cloudy with a chance of meatballs show one. I mean, the majority of it is about the real santa and a giant lobster beating each other up on a fight.

I saw that one. That was really fricking weird.
Yeah. I’d rather watch that Howtobasic “how to ruin Christmas” video. At least it was funny.
