90s VHS tape about a singing bird [S]

That's not it.

Like I said, the bird reminded me of Abelardo from Plaza Sésamo, or Pino. So it was sort of parrot like with Multi-color feathers, not a solid color like Big Bird. The tape was definitely trying to channel Barney and Sesame Street, so for preschoolers. The backgrounds were old school 90s CGI.

The year was maybe mid 90s. 1995-1997-ish.

The tapes were rented in the US.

Like I said, it was a person in a costume, like Big Bird or Abelardo, it was not a puppet. There was a green screen and a lot of CGI.

My memory is not the best because it was so long ago. So this might have been aspects of it but I don't remember...

- The bird was female.

- The paper dolls were multicultural and racially diverse. Or they were just different colors.

- 90% of the video was singing

- There might have been live action section children but most of the video was the CGI
