Background: Who's Your Daddy was a reality TV / gameshow where a young woman has to choose from eight men to determine who her biological father is. The series was announced in December 2004, but quickly became extremely controversial. On January 3, 2005, the pilot was aired in all FOX Network except for one network - which aired a local adoption documentary instead.
So far, I have only found clips from the series' promos:

I'm wondering if ANYBODY here has a tape of the pilot episode, especially since it would be a great asset on my research on the series.
UPDATE: I got in touch with a client who has copies of not only Who's Your Daddy, but also the lesser known spin-off series - Who's Your Mommy. I will be getting copies of these in about a week.

Does he have copies of all the episodes? I heard they all aired on FOX's now defunct cable channel FOX Reality.
Could you also ask your client if they have any episodes of Maximum Exposure? Got a lot of fond memories of watching that show as a kid and i'm trying to find all the episodes.

Not only do they have all the episodes of "Who's Your Daddy", but they also have two additional episodes of a follow-up series - "Who's your Mommy". And yes, they all aired on Fox Reality. About "Maximum Exposure", they don't have a copy of that series.

oooh nice! Anyways that one affiliate that didn't air the show was the infamous Raleigh/Durham one in North Carolina, they were known for refusing to air certain FOX reality shows for moral reasons like Married in America. While i'm certainly not fond of some of those shows I still can't help but resent moral guardians telling people in NC what they can and can't watch(same for some Utah affiliates refusing to air shows like Playboy Club)

That affiliate did not air it because of personal reasons. Jim Goodmon, the head of WRAZ-TV, was adopted at an early age. In its place was a documentary about adoption.

OK that one makes sense, but how do you explain Married in America getting pulled from the same affiliate?
Really? where? I know I saw some episodes on Internet Archive but wasn't aware more had been found.
They're on YouTube.
OK I checked, it looks like episode 4 "I Fought the Law" is edited as apparently the episodes were cut down from 43 minutes to 40 minutes in the FOX Reality reruns, so hopefully an uncut version of that episode will be found.

Per Occam's Razor, it's simply from the station's moral stance. The show "did not reflect prevaling standards of good taste" and was "clearly demeaning to the institution of marriage." According to the local Raleigh, NC newspaper, the episode was replaced with re-runs of Cheers.

Update: I got the DVDs. They contain the Pilot Episode & BOTH episodes of "Who's Your Mommy". I'll post my sharings when I am able to find more content. I hadn't gotten around to watching the content in its entirety. In the meantime, have some HQ 2005 DVR commercials during the Premiere of "Who's Your Daddy":
