Here is some possible lost media from the show heroes on nbc I am looking for, its mainly from this heroes evolutions which was some side stuff put on the nbc site but isnt there anymore.
I can give some examples if you guys need to know.
Like what exactly? Are you referring to something like those digital comic books they used to release like once a week related to the show? I've got several of those stashed away somewhere on a cd in my collection. I used to be a fan of the Heroes show so I gobbled up anything that I could during that time period. The digital comic books were/are PDF files. I think I might have all or at least most of them in my stash.

I don't remember the interactive game but I do recall hearing about the 'Echo' character before. It's possible the character appeared in some of the later digital comic books I have when the comics focused less on the show and more on new characters. I'm pretty sure I have all of the digital comic book appearances of the Hana character too, especially the last one where she dies in outer space and uploads her brain into the internet. I do remember the webisodes where there were new characters being introduced like the mailman with the sonic scream and some Hispanic guy who could control probability. I also remember when the screaming mailman did wind up on the Heroes show, he had a five second cameo and was instantly killed by Sylar(off screen). That sort of malarky, the Sylar worship, is what got me into disliking Heroes fairly quickly, lol.
I do recall those yeah, some of them may be lost now I am not sure. I know when I tried to access some webisodes it was hit with a copyright claim via nbc.

Of course, LOL! They're quick to hit anyone who posts copies of the media online anywhere but then aren't interested in making the desired media available in any form, not even a form where the copyright holder gets profit. To me, that means that media is totally fair game to go for bootleg online. Why I like Archive.Org where things aren't so quickly flagged or pulled down for asinine reasons. Or people who flag the media just to make themselves feel good about being unnecessary tattle tales.
If you're ever happening to be looking for those Heroes digital comic books, let me know and I'll see what I can find in my stash if the comics are considered lost media too. I'll upload them to Archive.Org, probably, NBC be damned.

Sometimes I think the copyright holders just want to keep things under wraps if they can't figure out a way to keep making profit off of it. If they had their way, they'd make sure no one could ever record or download any kind of media ever again, in my opinion.
Yeah and it makes for an interesting situation for the reboot/sequel heroes reborn cause it isnt on peacock which is like NBCs streaming site but heroes is on there.
Oh and not to mention a heroes topic I mentioned on this site a few years ago but there is footage that was filmed either before or after the writers strike of 2007-2008 which has heroes footage that was never made available on the dvd, I can show you if you are curious or maybe you already know. I have no idea if it counts as lost media or not.
I didn't watch the reboot or any footage from it. I figured since the original series disappointed me and the same creators were going to be attached I decided not to watch it.
Yeah, I'd be curious to see the footage. I haven't seen a Heroes related clip in many years, probably not since the show got cancelled.
Okay so you will see footage in this clip that never made it on the show or even deleted scenes on the dvd and despite being like the holy grail of tv for me cause I am a massive fan of the show, there is no point asking the creator or nbc to release it, I don't see them doing it out of goodness of their hearts or even a trade, its sadly probably always going to be in the do not release archive if its not been deleted.

'Heroes' taught me a good lesson that I took to heart for the rest of my life when it concerns TV and films. That lesson is never get my expectations too high. Getting my expectations high was the mistake that I made with 'Heroes' constantly through out it's entire run until I gave up by the last season. I would read vibes in the stories where I felt it was going towards, logically, and would completely be derailed because Kring and Co. would do the complete and exact opposite. Or they would repeat so many tropes that the shows got sadly predictable.
Fight scenes became tropes by themselves, I forget how many times that one character would stand and watch an attacker come at him, frozen stiff in place, and then tumble together off of a rooftop, lol. Then of course anytime Sylar was involved he'd completely Mary Sue the situation and come out on top without so much as a scratch. Or build up a confrontation to the point that the characters would finally face off only for us, the audience, to usually get the scene blocked off by a closed door and then we'd listen to the characters grapple and grunt behind the scenes.
I loved the show when it started, season one started out with a solid premise. The execution is what harmed it. The first season should have been 13 episodes without any fillers. And each season/story arc shouldn't have been hitting the reset switch. Characters were really never allowed to progress, they always hit the reset after each story arc was completed and spent way too much on way too many characters harping on wanting normal lives and dismiss their powers.
Don't get me started on the romance ships, lol.
Then of course let's not forget our friend Peter Petrelli. Season one was building him up to become the emotionally identifiable Superman of the show with his yearning to help others with his powers and his dedication on learning to master his powers to help mankind. Instead Kring and Co. kill his powers, replace his powers with something weaker and then make him into a doofus. Kring's logic on not wanting to make any hero 'too powerful' because then the heroes wouldn't be flawed enough yet he goes ahead and keeps Mary Suing Sylar so no hero can defeat him. Makes no logical sense.
Kring and Co. killed their own show by listening to the wrong portions of the fandom which gave us the Mary Suing of Sylar and the romantic ships that wouldn't go anywhere. Big reason why I didn't bother watching the 'Reborn' mini-series years later because I figured it wouldn't go anywhere useful.
I learned my lesson from 'Heroes' to never again get so wrapped up in something produced by the entertainment industry to the point where I'd come out of watching the program in a seething rage, which there were many times I came out of 'Heroes' episodes that way.
Back to your clip, I seriously don't know why NBC would still be so anal about hiding something like a comic con promo. I mean, I highly doubt NBC really have plans to reboot 'Heroes' again, do they? What harm is it causing to post these old clips of the show or related to the show? I don't think it's causing any harm. In fact, I'd say it could do the opposite and maybe build up renewed interest in 'Heroes' to the point that maybe NBC would consider the brand could be profitable again and perhaps attempt another reboot. I mean I won't be watching of course, lol, but I'm sure someone still hooked on the brand would get some enjoyment out a possible reboot.

No offense but this thread isn't really the place to post long detailed paragraphs about your opinion of the show as it's not really relevant at all to the topic at hand here, best to save that for the off-topic section(I will say Reborn was actually pretty good).
Personally i'm sick of hearing the term "Mary-Sue" misused so much, it was meant specifically for certain types of author-insert characters in fanfiction, not for characters in actual commercially released fictional media so I roll my eyes every single time I see someone misusing that term.
