Notelu Okay thanks for letting me know. False alarm people!
Also, can anybody translate the email from Masumi?
A few things have happened. For one, Shogakukan has gotten back to me. Here's what they told me:
"Dear Sir / Madame.
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the publications of Shogakukan.
We are sorry to tell you that our company do not accept any personal inquiry for a publication, including a suggestion of the plan. In addition, since we do not know the Fujiko professional contacts, it can not be guided. So, we can give you no information about this matter.
Thank you for contacting us."
Lastly, I have had a few comments on the Anime News Network and the Japan Reference board. However, it's often summaries of the Japanese Wikipedia page about the show, so unless if we can find a translator, that page isn't helpful at the moment.

I have sent a message to Disney XD about Fujiko Fujio Productions. I want to contact the Walt Disney Company, but I don't know which branch to contact; the corporate branch or the press branch.
Go with corporate. I contacted them in my search for "Breakfast with Bear" and they were helpful enough to reroute me to the archives.
Okay thanks. I sent the message to the Corporate Branch.
I also contacted Cassandra Lee Morris through her blog. She hasn't responded to my Twitter PM yet, so hopefully she doesn't think I'm stalking her or anything
And I contacted Disney XD about the show. So we are currently waiting on replies from:
Bang Zoom! Entertainment
Cassandra Lee Morris
The Walt Disney Company
Disney XD
I don't think disney knows anything, as they have only aired the 2005 Anime

By then, said anime was most likely being transmitted on KNB (no TV Asahi affiliate exists in the prefecture, they still air the modern show).

Am I the only one who is honestly surprised that even with this many reruns it's still lost?

Holy. Fucking. Shit. But I have a question... How did you get these specific times? And if possible... Can you contact some of these stations for us?
A year ago or so, I found this two pages of Geocities Japan in the Wayback Machine. They're of Masami Jun's Doraemon website (I don't believe that it's the one that needs password) and they have the episodes 7 and 8 respectively.
The episodes above (7 and 8) doesn't have their links working anymore. Episodes 3 and 4 links are also not working anymore and can't be found on the Wayback Machine.
Also, the scene seen on the TV on that movie comes from the 27th Episode, broadcasted on July 1, 1973.
How did you get these specific times? And if possible... Can you contact some of these stations for us?
Japanese Wikipedia.
We could contact Toyama TV regarding the 1973 series but it will be very hard since they were the station that got a letter form SHogakukan begging to stop airing it.
