Good news everyone! Found someone on Ebay who was selling a bootleg DVD set of the entire series so I immediately bought one ASAP just in case his account got taken down. According to the seller the first season was once available on iTunes and Amazon and the full series used to be available on Noggin via paid subscription in 2015. The guy said the item would take about a week to prepare for shipping so it'll be a bit before it arrives but as soon as it does i'll let you know.
Who is this guy and does he have bootlegs of the complete series of Slime Time Live from January 24, 2000 - July 2, 2004?

I'm surprised whenever I see bootleg stuff being sold on Ebay as they tend to crack down on it pretty regularly(to the point where actual legit listings get taken down by mistake, happened to me once when I sold a DVD-R manufactured by Amazon)
FWIW some people did defend the show for not being afraid to tackle issues black folks had to face such as police interacting different with black kids then with white kids, so the show was ahead of it's time in some regards.
The show wasn’t “ahead of its time”, that stuff was actually happening at the time

I'm well aware it was happening at the time, but there weren't a lot of shows talking about it, especially not shows aimed at kids like this one, and i'm going by what others actually said about the show at the time.

No update yet?
The guy mentions on all of his items pages that it takes him at least a week before he ships them out so it'll be a bit before this one arrives.
The set arrived today and unfortunately there are several episodes missing despite the description of the set not giving that impression at all, so I will be asking for a refund most definitely though i'm going to wait until I get a notification that the Allen Strange set has shipped as there's a chance that one might be complete and I want to hold off on messaging the seller in case he tries to cheat me out of that other set out of spite.
This is a disappointing development, I also noticed the seller removed the bit in the listing about how the 3 seasons were available on Noggin and Amazon so they knew what they were doing. Worst comes to worst i'll report them to Ebay and get them taken down since they're breaking the rules by selling bootlegs anyways.
Sorry to get all your hopes up on this one, guess the search for the missing episodes continues.
I used to watch this all the time on SNICK in the early 2000s. Really shocked this is lost. I don't think I ever taped any of it, sadly.
I went to a few videos of the show on Youtube and according to the comments of the person who uploaded one of the tapes, it turns out the real reason this show hasn't been seen since 2003(Sept 6th of that year was the last time it ever aired)is due to the theme song(which absolutely rules BTW, easily one of my fave TV themes of all time) by female R&B band 702, putting the show on streaming or DVD would require either getting a new intro(which some shows like George Lopez and Married with Children did but Nick might not be willing to pay for that sort of thing)or paying more royalties to the band and Nick was unwilling to do that for a show that wasn't a massive juggernaut. Then again Proud Family has an intro song by Destiny's Child yet that show is on streaming with no issues(aside from one episode that features another DC song-Independent Woman Pt 2)so it's anyone's guess why it's such a big obstacle for this particular show.
Did you know anyone else who watched this show? maybe they have tapes.
Anyways my Allen Strange set has shipped(hopefully I get luckier with that one) so i'm seeing if I can get a partial refund from the guy(only partial cause this set does have a number of episodes that aren't on TV Vault yet so its at least useful for that purpose). He asked me what episodes were missing so i'm listing them now.
