So someone found a release on Discogs. It's a single named "C.I.A./Gimmie Some Love" by a band known as The Reform.
There is no info about it, not even a year, however, it is just a few seconds shy of our mysterious song and it's labeled rock. They were able to order a copy of it however, so now it's just a waiting game to see.
