There was also supposed to be a tie-in show to the animated film "Wonder Park" on Nick and there were previews for it, I suspect that got canned after the original director of the film was fired near the end of production due to claims of sexual harassment, or it just could've been because the film didn't perform well.

The Lizzie McGuire revival got canned due to Disney getting cold feet over the content in the episodes that were shot(it involves Lizzie getting cheated on and that was a bit too adult for them)though Hilary Duff is said to be in talks to have the show moved over to Hulu.

Really? Interesting, I only ever saw the film on streaming so I didn't know that. Yeah in this case i guess they were hoping video sales would be strong enough to offset the disappointment of the film at the box-office and when they weren't they decided to not do the TV show.
