Guys! I tried putting the site code into an html file, and changing disabled to enabled and i clicked on the button, but unfortunately i need to know the website roblox pulls up when you download it in order for it to work, which we do not have.
I have done a bit of examination on the Roblox.msi file that Whimee sent. Though I have had it for over 9 months now, I decided to take another look at it. Upon examining it, I have found that it's not just one cabinet file that the installer needs but there are 27. The list goes as it follows in the MSI tables.
The cabinet file that the installer says is missing upon attempting to run it is Roblox.cab. There are no files in Roblox.cab, it is just the root directory. With further searching, I have also found that the version of the 2007 client in this installer is 0.3.310.0. June 2008's version is 0.3.809.0. Major difference. Finally, I also have a list of all the files that the installer installs. Fortunately the table is too big to paste here so I will attach it here. View Attachment
I hope this is a big help to anyone who might be looking for this client.
What is the main component file we need to be looking for?
I'd assume the conten cabs ando roblox.cab, although these are likely impossible to find since they were probably extracted during the installation process on the .msi. We just have to hope someone still has an old computer lying around with the client fully installed already.

You guys should play Shenmue 2, it is the best game ever made.

For the MSI, all of the cabs are needed.
However, the setups for 2007 were once on setup.roblox.com and 2009+ can be found on c5.roblox.com.
The MSI was found on setup.roblox.com, and is on web archive. However, the setup that roblox gave to it's users was a full EXE with the cabs on the installer rather than extracted from it.

I see you guys have made progress. I've distanced myself from the roblox community recently so I'm most likely not of any help at this point, but good job. Keep going and we might find the clients.
