Roblox simply doesn't give a damn about any of this. Game corps could care less about archiving unless it means $$$. At least with games that can be published, old games can be "remastered" and sold again. With roblox devtest versions, there's no reason for them to at all, Roblox hasn't changed fundamentally since the original versions. It'd be like Mojang/Microsoft releasing a old Minecraft version with better graphics as a re-release.
They said the game was being updated so they didn't have it. I was a 2006 user so I might try and find the files but sadly I couldn't find the files all I found was a old texture of the smiley face. But I searched more on the Internet and guess what I found???!!! On tumblr there was this thing about the old lost roblox clients, and there was this forum post in spring 2012 about a guy asking for the old 06/07 client and a person actually delivered the old setup.exe except link was broken, the owner of the link actually archived it in web archive! 1. Yes indeed you can save downloads I should start downloading it soon I wonder which client it is, is it 2007 we are looking for or 2006?

And it said it was last modified on November 30th 2006! I should test out the 2006 client on my Windows XP

Is it fake? Also, do the GUIs say Toolbox, Edit Mode, Help, Fullscreen, Exit?

Please message me this or link it here if you can. I'd just like to say that this 2006 might not be a fake, and here are my reasons:
- the fake one was modified on December 29th 2006
- fake one also had the point and click thing. like, when you click where you wanted to go, you walked there. 2006 does NOT have this.
