So from what I can understand this is an unaired pilot that was made to pitch the show.
that much i did understand, i just don't understand why it is listed with different airdates that don't match.
the other episodes all show a blue titlecard with airdate info, but the WBVO pilot does not.
It is possible that the pilot could've aired one time, but never aired again.
It does have a title card, but its halfway through the video, I don't know why its missing the first one. maybe who ever ripped this edited it out for some reason.
for the record, the person who provided these episodes, ALSO has the mastertape, for the 1992 Cartoon Network launch, with fireworks and timeclock intact.
and also a tape that simply says "World Premiere Toons"
and another tape that says "the moxy show"
