What is up with the little bear theme song.

I grew up primarily with the Nick Jr. version in the U.S., but would sometimes see the Canadian version with the alternate music and was curious about it. I thought maybe it had to do with the fact that the intro was shorter, but I’ve since discovered a full version of the Canadian theme exists, and it’s not an original composition at all.

Also, since the Canadian theme is present for most of the online uploads, it’s what I’m more familiar with now. But I am curious about the American Nickelodeon one, if it was inspired by anything at least. I’ve heard the show’s score takes some inspiration from Bach and Mozart, not sure if that’s entirely true or not though
